Our Products

Our flagship products are LX-MG inks with tunable work function levels. By using LX-MG inks, we have achieved high power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) over 25% (certificated) perovskite-based solar cells and much-improved device stability under harsh conditions, around 10 times increase in moisture stability​ compared to traditional materials and representing the highest efficiency with the best stability up to now @Science.

LX-MG1A

HTM ink (Doped Spiro-OMeTAD)

LX-MG1A is an advanced doped spiro-OMeTAD solution suitable for an extensive range of printed electronics markets. It is primarily suited for hole transport in perovskite solar cells. The major solvent is CB and doping concentration is 5 Mol% with salt modification. This solution can achieve more than 25% PCE based on FAPbI3 active layer and also facilitates application via spin coating, doctor blading, and slot die processing to an extensive range of perovskite solar cells.

Hole transport material featuring:

  • No post-treatment needed

  •  Compatible with metal electrode/metal oxides

  • Compatible with all kinds of Perovskite compositions

LX-MG1B

HTM ink  (Doped Spiro-OMeTAD)

LX-MG1B is an advanced doped spiro-OMeTAD solution suitable for an extensive range of printed electronics markets. It is primarily suited for hole transport in perovskite solar cells. The major solvent is CB and doping concentration is 5 Mol% with higher salt modification. The higher salt concentration modification can extend the efficient hole extraction ability to deep HOMO/VB absorbers. This solution facilitates application via spin coating, doctor blading, and slot die processing to an extensive range of perovskite solar cells.
